After ten days of rest for my shoulder I decided to go bouldering this morning, but to be careful and try to keep my shoulder blades down and back. Not easy, but mostly managed, although I only did 15 routes. It's a compromise between resting and not losing upper body strength. I'm doing exercises to strengthen the muscles around my shoulders, but am finding it difficult to do the required number of reps.

I love the hydrangea by my front door. When I moved here in March 2020 it was more or less the only plant in the garden, but it's a good'un!
