Another finished

This has gone from a collection of blocks - all but one of the blocks were sewn last year - to a finished quilt in just over a week.  Such a sense of satisfaction.  Mind you - I have no idea what I'll do with it!  For the moment, it'll join the other recently completed quilts, hanging over the bannister where they've replaced the curtains.

In extras is a photo of the last bit of machine stitching - attaching the binding.  I then spent several hours this evening hand stitching the binding down on the back.  Cranky quilt next.

W meanwhile is achieving more useful items - he's currently constructing a small cabinet for the printer by my computer.  And he's also been busy in the kitchen.
