12 hour day

No swim today as I wanted to be up and away early. Got on to M9 and remembered I'd remembered everything, except my lunch.

Busy day, meetings, admin prep for Board. Board staying behind to action decisions and write minutes. Outside there was fog, sun, rain and cloud.

Left at 7 and got to WPR at 8. Poor Alfie was v hungry 

Got home to find R had waited up for me. Didn't realise there had been a lot of earlier WhatsApp messages. 

Bread and cheese to fuel the body. Really tired..
