Sunset

An old friend, Steve, called in on me late morning and we spent a few hours chatting over cups of coffee and a brunch I cooked - setting the fire alarm off which didn't seem to want to go off even with the front door open letting in the cold winter air! 

Just after 3pm, Steve went to leave but had left his jeep lights on flattening the battery, but luckily I had a power pack which got him started to head home.

I got out to buy some eggs from a friend in the next village and stopped off in a farm gtrack to take the photo' of the start of sunset projecting reddish colours on the clouds.
