Distance

As a result of feeling a bit down today, I was, again, going to skip my Tai Chi class but I am glad I decided to go. It felt freezing outside - although I am not sure it actually was below zero. Staring into he distance, along the platform, to see the lights, made me even more reflective. The class was a bit smaller than usual, probably due to the cold, and so we did practice as a group. I really enjoyed it and it am so glad I went as it made me feel a bit better.

On the train I listened to an episode Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place with Roman Kemp where he talks about his friend’s suicide. I am not sure it cheered me up but it’s heartbreaking and illuminating in equal measures.
