Prague day 2

We've been away with Izzy before and she fits in very well with our relaxed approach to exploring places. Happily, so does Nate.

We had a late breakfast in the large garden behind a restaurant, and it was a delight to sit in the sun, drinking coffee, eating an excellent breakfast, and to ease ourselves into the day.

Nate was off to see an ex-colleague, Petra, while Izzy, the Minx, and I made our way over the bridge and up the streets leading to the castle. It was perfect sightseeing weather and ideal for enjoying the views. 

We met up with Nate and Petra for dinner down by the river, and then went to a bar where Petra introduced us to Slivovitz, a Czech spirit that we (over) enjoyed in various flavours.

Extras:
1. Beer and wine spas seem to be popular in Prague. Not my bag at all, but Dan was very enthusiastic when I sent him this picture.
