These shoes were made for running ...

Bit of a wet and windy day, in Edinburgh, today - but did manage the same run as last Saturday; having again failed to fit anything in during the week ...

... can't even point to pressure of evening-work being the main reason; more like pressure of Christmas-event invitations :-(

Anyhow - just a little bit slower than last week (too much Christmas-cheer!), but not catastrophically so ...

... the picture is of my once new trainers, now looking like they have actually run a few miles! Fourteen more miles tomorrow, and then a bit of a rest :-)
