Red on Red

As I type...it is -1F, and the windchill is -21F. With the wind, all the snow we got yesterday is starting to drift. Not a place for the faint-of-heart...or for sissies. The HIGH for tomorrow is 3F. Frosty. Chilling. Dangerous.

Obviously, outdoorguy DID NOT want to venture into the not-so-great outdoors. I took this right out my kitchen window.

I did get out this morning, snow-blowing and shoveling for the 4th time, and spent an hour at the gym.

The birds have finally decided that the new red feeder is OK after all. Or maybe the freezing conditions have forced their hands claws.

One more day of cold, and then we heat up to 15F. Woo-hoo!
