Wet Rocks

Garden centres and pet stores with a bit of splashing around in Alva burn sandwiched in-between today.

A day that previewed some of the predicted 3 month heatwave the UK's due to bask in (predicted mostly by newspapers that had no political scandals left to splash over their front pages), made more obvious by the amount of people packing their trolleys with plants at the garden centre. We bought a Venus Flytrap. And a couple of guinea pigs.

A parcel plopped through the letterbox this morning with a nice shiny black 'big stopper' screw on filter inside, perfect for smoothing off the water in some shots of the falls and burn as it cascades between the rocks off of the Ochil Hills like this. Loving the sharp textures against the creamy water, going to have fun with this I think. Wet. Rocks.

Thanks for all the comments, stars, faves on last night's shot - great to have such a response, and makes all the dodgy hanging around in the dark down the docks, well, less dodgy. Cheers!
