Shani

Today we celebrated the birthday of Shani - the lady in the middle who's got her own face!! A bright spark in the marketing team thought this would be a good idea - it certainly was very original! Shani works in Marketing and started our day off by giving us freshly baked doughnuts! Just when I was thinking, I SERIOUSLY need to lose weight!

Go Bananas has already begun with the Event Management team forcing us to buy selling us bags containing 5 packets of crisps with a bottle of water. They raised over £200 in 15 minutes! Had my cousin over for a meal in the evening. G made lasagne. It was delicious as always. And tomorrow we head off to Oman to visit friend Hildegard so not sure about internet/blipping. Haven't been there since 2010 so it will be great to see Muscat again. Hilde of course does flying visits lasting 4 hours to Dubai...

I shall have to do a mega big catch up on Sunday! :)

PS. Went back to the shop to collect the incense boxes for Hilde and discovered that the brightly coloured items with the discs on the left of the picture are actually tops worn by belly dancers!
