Let's hear it for.........

..........the National Theatre production of The Curious Incident of the Dog at Night-time by Mark Haddon.

We saw this in our local cinema tonight. What a brilliant production. I could not imagine how the book would be translated into a play. I particularly liked the way that the sensory overload experienced by many people on the autistic spectrum was powerfully demonstrated. The production was a sell out in Hexham and there will be a reprise performance. See it if you can.

Otherwise today has been spent catching up with various people, particularly the relatives of the very poorly ones, a hair cut for me, lunch with the other Marjorie and then a quick nap this afternoon.

It rained for most of the day and was fresh and cooler this evening.
