That struck out line was from Judge Dread's Big 7, the first single I ever brought back in 1972 from Falmers record store in Luton. Didn't get that line back then. The age of innocence eh. Doubt it would fly over the heads of today's 12 year olds.

Took the record back 3 times for an exchange because the record kept skipping. It was probably my record player that was at fault but I was a gobby kid back then. So much milder mannered now :-)

Just watched a recording of Elbow at Glastonbury - one of my favourite bands and coincidentally, the first band I ever saw at Glastonbury. How different to Judge Dread.
