Three of my colleagues pictured here dressed especially for Diwali. Actually, almost all the ladies from the Indian Subcontinent wore something special today. I particularly liked Sarita's (middle) outfit as it had a lot of *pink* in it!!! She's got Shelina and Janet on either side of her.

SO pleased it was Thursday and a full day in the office meant a lot of things got done. I got asked to take some group shots of two teams in particular to mark the occasion. As I type this at 11:30pm, there are still LOTS of fire crackers going off right outside our window - in the "garden".

Went to McGettigan's for lunch with 3 of my team mates. I am constantly amazed at how acceptable it is these days to be on the phone rather than talk to the people you're with. Must be getting old. Definitely old-fashioned!

Anyway, nice to get home and had to put just a few things away to make space for when SweetArt will come to stay for a couple of nights on Tuesday. Till then, she is with a group of friends who are coming with her. It is their first time in Dubai so SweetArt is going to be mega busy showing them around. Early start tomorrow morning then... :)
