Hanging On

My Volunteer Co-ordinator came to sit in on my sessions in school today. I had been a bit nervous about how she would think I was doing and worried I'd be self conscious interacting with the children in front of her.
But it was fine. I just did the normal things and really enjoyed it.
She had some really good ideas to deal with some of the issues I experience with the kids. And she was very complimentary about the things I was doing. All very positive.
Although she did point out that I - shock horror - touched the children a couple of times and that I should remember not to.
What a world.
