Development Centre for Young People - I kid you not. This is where Salisbury's youth are currently congregating, Wiltshire Council are now cutting back even further, with staff cuts. Just because they're not old enough to vote, it's hardly setting the best example and is hardly valuing tomorrow's tax payers by providing such awful and down-trodden buildings. How are today's youngsters going to show us older ones respect if it's not offered to them in the first place.

Putrid and awful yellow, from the street lamp across the road. So, some judicious colour-tone fiddling. The couple of lights on inside, just to prove that it's not totally deserted, add a bit of colour and interest, as well as do the two red eyes from the security alarm.
