Girls' night out at J's

Quiet day at home doing lots of photo editing today. Ditched plan to walk in drizzle and cold wind.

This evening to J's house for a delightful dinner party. Tonight's was a get together for 5 women (of a certain age). We had good conversation, steering away from recipes, supermarkets and ailments (only just) and including books we have read (or thrown at the wall).

We told stories to make us laugh. J recounted an incident when she accidentally ran into the back of a car which was parking in Guisborough when she was en route to give a talk. The driver jumped out and anxiously rushed to open the boot. To J's amazement there was a small man curled up in there. He was a car mechanic trying to find the cause of a rattle...............

At the end of the evening I produced my camera and took a few photos. I like this one of M, who insisted this was not her best side. This image won its place on Blip over photos of J and her chocolate rabbit...........
