Look this way please

Apologies for the back blip, but today was full on and I was too tired to sort anything out before bed.

We started with a pre dawn shoot in and around St Mark's Square. The photographers and the poseurs were out in force. This is one of the busiest days of the festival.

There was a walk in the city for the morning and we called at the Bodovo Tower, just in case. As we arrived we were greeted with this wonderful sight. It was a case of being in the right place at the right time. 15 minutes later and nearly all these people had moved on elsewhere.

We ended the morning with a valporetto trip to Salute and a pizza lunch outdoors.

Mid afternoon saw us in a popular square for more photographs. The variety of the costumes is just amazing. I now have a collection of card from poseurs who want to see the images. There will be work to do when I return home.

Tonight's meal was superb. There was T bone steak on the menu and I'm glad I was tempted to order this. The meat was so tender that it seemed to melt in the mouth and the flavour was excellent

Then I was so tired that I had to go straight to sleep!
