An ordinary life....

Hubble Bubble...

My blip mojo is so far gone that not even my delight at watching how the water bubbled in this vase could make me go get my camera, change the lens and take proper photos.   Maybe tomorrow I will.

No support worker in with Alan tonight as Christine isn't well, so it's just the three of us.  It's funny how it felt so strange when we first started having support with Alan.  It felt so weird having someone else in the house.  I wasn't sure I would ever get used to it.   Now it feels weird when it's just the three of us.  Nice, but weird.  Isn't it funny how you adapt to things?  :-))

Not broken the news to Alan yet.  He will be very disappointed that he's missing an evening with Christine.  His mother is a poor substitute.  I reckon he'll settle for a quite evening watching tv without my company :-)))

Work has been quiet on the building front as the builder is waiting for materials to arrive.  Apparently the roof joists for the garden room and the pool room will arrive on Friday so work will start on that on Monday.

Tomorrow he's expecting the ventilation contractor to come and fit ducting in the pool.   I told my friend Gail yesterday that we were waiting for pool ducts and she looked at me rather strangely till she realised I meant ducts and not ducks!  Silly moo!  :-))
