Blood-drop emlets

Hot, hot, hot - 27deg! And sunny.

But rather than relaxing with a cooling drink, MrM and I spent most of the afternoon and in to the evening painting the wall in the courtyard! Two-thirds done! Phew! 

So it was either a photo of paint drying, or these blood-drop emlets in the Common Burn. Last year most of them were cleared when the burn was dredged, but this year they have started to re-appear.
