Year Ends

Many thanks for all your best wishes stars and hearts in response to yesterday's 1095th blip, which I have very much appreciated.  I will try to find the time to thank everyone properly shortly.  

Strictly today is the last day of my third year on blip (as there was a leap year in 2016).  So here is a celebratory picture collage using some of the many photos that have been taken in the last 12 months.  This is another exercise in Affinity Photo using layers for those that wonder how it has been done.

As ever, we have a New Years party to look forward to this evening at our good friend Ann and Pete's place in the village.  They traditionally organise a party every year and it is always something that we very much look forward to attending each year.  I suspect that we are going to get rather wet walking there, but that also seems to be a bit of tradition in this part of the world!
