Big Mouth

What a squawker! You always know when Curve-billed thrashers are around.  At this moment, this guy was quiet and seemed to be panting in the heat. (Do birds pant?) To find a cooler spot he need only hide among the cholla branches.  I do know that birds have tiny brains.

Very tired and it's going on midnight.  I'll look for a quick funny but if none appears I went to bed.  :-)
