Back to the Beach

I decided to have a quieter morning today. I went out to see how the poppies were doing and didn't even count. There were loads of them though. We've had an east wind blowing the last couple of days and when I sat down with a coffee a bit later, I could see that it was taking the petals off. This evening there weren't many left but not to worry, there are plenty more to come.

My blip is Back Beach in Teignmouth this afternoon. I rode in the pretty way. There were a lot of people about, not by holiday standards maybe but still quite a lot. I don't think most of them were aware of the important guidance ... no, not the social distancing, that was alright, the one about 'ne'er cast a clout till may be out'.
