Dark eyelashes

The nasturtiums have wonderful fronds at the entrance to the depths of their flowers. I don’t remember noticing the dark eyelashes before.

It was very windy today. I did not think I would capture one of these flowers in focus as they blew this way and that in front of the lens.

I was able to sit out this morning and welcome “the other Marjorie “ for animated chatter. I’m hoping that more people will come to see me.

There was a fascinating talk from the Churches Conservation Trust about Death and the Maiden, exploring erotic death art and the gender of death. Who would have thought it?!
