Gardening

Molly and I started on the garden today. She's checking if the grass needs cut. It probably does but I'd treated it with weedkiller and mosskiller and feed so it will have to wait. Molly's not good at weeding which is what IO was mainly doing. A year of neglect means that nothing got cut back, so loads of dead foliage, and a lot of thick weeds growing in amongst plants. hand digging!

Spoke to two more neighbours, the parents and #3 son who will back next week-end and of course needs money. How long till he's off the payroll?

His impending return means I'll have to re-schedule the curtain/blind making, curtains first. I put together his 'bench' today. Looks ok and much more cardboard in the garage.
