Rugtastic

My new Persian rug arrived this morning while I was serving tea and scones to surprise visitors Liz and Tony in the back garden (seated on their old, reburbished-by-me, director chairs), and Mr hazelh was returning from his latest hospital appointment. It think that it looks wonderful in our study.

Also today Mr hazelh underwent long-anticipated root canal surgery on his troublesome tooth, and I attended a GP's appointment (painsomnia of the feet was discussed), caught up with some necessary work, and continued my phased return to running.

Exercise today: running (1.5 mile), walking (13,986 steps including run).
