Allium seed heads

Suzanne has a wonderful garden. The allium heads were enormous as are the seed heads.

I had a call from the surgery about some results for Mum. The receptionist commented that I had an appointment at lunchtime. That was news to me. I donned my shoes and hot footed it down the road. Brad, the nurse practitioner, did not know why I had an appointment either….

However, he was able to talk about recent research into B12 deficiency. He is going to send me the synopsis of the paper published in New Zealand. He reckons it might take a couple of weeks before I feel any better. I hope he is right!
