Hide And Seek

Playing around and through the cholla cactus, at least one of these birds appeared to be having some fun.  The other was either laughing at, or scolding him for his antics!

I am having trouble identifying these birds.  Suddenly a bunch have appeared so I think they may be nesting nearby.  My first inclination is Thrasher, but their beaks are not curved enough.  Let me know your thoughts.

Please take a look at the Verdin I just posted for yesterday.  It was the first one I ever captured.

EDIT:  The mystery has been solved.  These birds are the very common Cactus Wrens.  it's little wonder I have seen so many of them lately.  Just don't know why I haven't noticed them before now.  My "birdar" must be sharper.  Thanks to my friend, Alma, for her identification.
