Eweston

Explored a different section of the hills for a walk this sunny morning. Drove around Welland and across Castlemorten Common - where one threatening cow made the local headlines this week.  It doesn't take much to make the local headlines, but then we did move here for a slower life.

(That said, this might produce life-threatening levels of local excitement tomorrow.)

The sheep (unthreatening) meandering across the unfenced roads were a surprise.  

We revisited a quarry and went on to explore another Iron Age hill fort - less physically impressive than British Camp but the views were fantastic - at least, they would be without the mist.  Definitely planning a return on a clear day.
