Life's Little Moments

TinyTuesday Special Delivery

I mentioned this morning that I needed a volunteer to help me with the Tiny Tuesday results and was overwhelmed with responses.  A tiny chorus of tiny voices came from the tiny shelf condo where the Tinies reside.  Eventually I picked relative newcomer, Jezzie, because she offered to use her two tiny cases to bring in the tiny results.  So without any further tiny adieu, tiny hearts go to (in no particular order):

Gordo for his very impressive macro of the tiny textures of a silk tie
FionaMuddyFox for her truly beautiful (and tiny) jelly ears (no, not telling - you're going to have to go look)
Ingeborg for her beautiful image combing tiny smooth and fuzzy textures and reminding me that spring is truly coming
Isbi for a tiny cat's paw, complete with so many textures plus the "awwww" factor
wrperry for her lovely tiny feather on a stick, filled with textures
davidc (a bonus heart given early) for a creative celebratory blip incorporating tiny tasty textures

The second envelope suitcase has Honorable Mentions for the following:
JohnRH  for a really interesting shot showing the tiny textures of something many of us have in our gardening shed
MaryElizaR for showing us all the textures in a tiny nest with two tiny gaping baby wrens
FrankS for a fascinating look at the many tiny textures in a small fossil
AnnieAndChris for a super close up look at a lady beetle showing her tiny fine textures
Mole for such an interesting image accompanied by some very poignant words and a message for us all

It has, as always, been a huge pleasure hosting TinyTuesday for the past month.  I've enjoyed each and every entry and I forgive you ALL for making the job of picking favorites so difficult!  The host for April will be IntoTheHills, a mountaineer and talented photographer - if you don't already know him, please do stop by his journal and say hello (and while you are there, take some time to browse his entries).  I know he's going to have a blast hosting!

And now, Jezzie and I are off to look at some feathers...on birds.
