Not an orchid!

I wa really pleased this morning to realise that the tiny daffodils (I know they probably have another name!) in the tub I received for Mother’s Day last year have flowered so I didn’t have to use my orchid again for flower Friday. Thanks to Anni BikerBear for her continued hosting.

Been a busy old day: 2 puppy walks, windows downstairs all cleaned, kitchen/dining room floors swept and washed, hoovering done upstairs and down, washing done and dried, kitchen cupboards all wiped down properly to remove the finger marks, TinyTuesday decisions made and sending a congratulatory gift to one of my oldest friends who has just been appointed to the House of Lords as a cross party peer. I wonder which title comes first - professor, dame (she was given that honour in 2016) and now baroness!

Just about to put the oven on for an easy dinner of fish cakes and chips before playing an online escape room with my regular Friday night crew.
