A blip in the landscape

So what went wrong to spoil the pattern? The regular lines, presumably from a tractor, are interrupted by one curved set of tracks. A blemish in the landscape tartan. This was taken from the top of Blackford Hill at today's Blipmeet. I was a little late, having walked across town for it, and so missed the introductions. Still, I met a couple of old friends (myrtle, bassrockbob), who I knew before Blip, and one new face to put to a blip name (marchmont).

Was going to post a picture of the blippers - a bit like herding cats getting everyone together, and if everyone has a camera, then who poses and who clicks? But then decided there were already plenty of blipper pics.
Here are some of the others I've seen so far.

Then bumped into another photographer, A, out walking her dog and met another couple of friends on my way back home, passing them on their way up the hill as well.

And so, a calendar year of pictures on Blip for the first time - every day of 2011 marked with an image of one sort or other. A Happy New Year to all my friends on Blipfoto, hope you enjoy yourselves tonight (or have done already if you are hours ahead of UK time) as we mark the end of 2011 and the start of 2012!!
